FREE WEEKLY ONLINE SESSIONS
FOR UNPAID CARERS OF SOMEONE LIVING WITH DEMENTIA AND FORMER CARERS ADJUSTING
Wednesdays 2.00 to 3.30 pm
and
Thursdays 7.00 to 8.30 pm

What happens in a 90-minute session? We….
• check in with other carers in a confidential space
• have a little stretch
• practice relaxation skills
• listen to a poem which is a springboard for talking about our own experiences and finding our own words to say it as it is
