All of our care is designed to fit around your needs. Before we start any service, one of our team will visit you to discuss your needs and wishes and create a care plan that fits with your requirements. That care plan will then be regularly updated so that the care you are provided by the team will change as your needs develop.
We pride ourselves on making sure that you have carers who you know (and they know you) and that you are comfortable and familiar with. If we need to change carer because of holiday or sickness, you will be told as far in advance as we can.

Reviewing your needs
Your care plan will be personalised and reviewed every year, unless you let us know about changes sooner. Our carers are trained to notice and report any changes in your needs, and you or your loved ones are always welcome to contact us if your situation changes. If adjustments are needed, a member of our management team will arrange a convenient time to discuss the best way forward.
