Caring in Perspective takes a broad view of the place that carers hold in wider society. Using statistics to illustrate the importance of, and the impact of caring on, individuals, families, and communities, we will also explore how to maintain our own perspective as carers within this role, offering ways to achieve balance and remain well while caring. Carers will have gained insights into their own situation and acquire some tools to support their own well-being.
