Shaw Trust Specialists offer free health and job support programmes that can help carers find or keep a job. They would help carers find the right fit by focusing on their strengths; get carers into paid work quickly and help them keep it; support carers if they are currently working and struggling to keep their job; work with an employer to make sure carers get the support they need; work closely with healthcare teams to make sure carers get joined-up support for their health, wellbeing and their job. Shaw Trust Employment Support Service holds weekly, on Wednesday at Barnet Carers office in Finchley. Barnet Carers can also arrange for a Shaw Trust Specialist to meet carers in the community or online.
