Simple, yet effective: a journey to deepen your relationship with yourself using the breath. By connecting the inhale with the exhale, we will bring awareness to your natural breathing rhythm to relax deeply and discover tensions in the body which link to emotions, thoughts and narratives.

Carers Awareness Day at Barnet HospitalThe Adult Carers Team and NCL Carers Support Project in Barnet Carers are hosting a Carers Awareness Day on 9th June 2026. The time is 1.30pm to 4pm and the venue is Barnet Hospital (in Level 2 Atrium). This is aimed at letting carers and others know about the support available to unpaid/informal carers locally.
Stay Safe from Scams: Free Session for Unpaid CarersAre you interested in how you can protect yourself from scams? Join Barnet Carers for a free Scams Awareness Session delivered by the Age UK Barnet Scams Team. Learn how to spot scams, stay safe online, avoid fraud, and know what to do if you are targeted. Wednesday 10th June 2026, 11am–12.30pm, at Barnet Carers, 303 Ballards Lane, N12 8NP. Come along and pick up practical tips to help protect yourself and the person you care for. Online Barnet Carers Support GroupYou are invited to the online Barnet Carers Support Group. The aim of this group includes providing a safe, friendly and informal environment for carers to interact and socialize; providing information and advice to one another on various issues and helping those carers who may want to just forget about their caring role for an hour. Walk and Talk for CarersCome and join us at Hope Corner Community Centre, Mays Lane, EN5 2DY from 10am to 12pm on Thursday 11th June 2026 for a 45 minutes’ walk followed by refreshments and a chat. Your hosts are staffs from Barnet Carers and Barnet Council. Join us and other carers for a friendly walk, social interactions and light refreshment.
