Wellbeing Directory

If ever you’ve struggled with your mental and emotional health, please know that you are not alone. As cliché as that sounds – it’s true. The 2014 survey of Mental Health and Wellbeing in England found that 1 in 6 people aged 16+ had experienced symptoms of a common mental health problem, such as depression or anxiety, in the past week. Meanwhile, results from the latest study conducted in 2023 are yet to be announced. Although, the NHS now report that an estimated 1 in 4 adults experiences at least one diagnosable mental health problem in any given year.

Below, you will find a brief directory of Mental Health service providers within Barnet and the immediate surrounding areas – because although we know, that you are more than capable of conducting your own research – sometimes, the hardest challenge is knowing where to look.
