Daytime care at home

Things can often seem complicated when you are first looking to arrange personal care at home.  If you are not sure what you might need, how much the cost might be or, indeed, if there are ways in which you may be able to get financial support why not contact us.  We are a charity that has been delivering at-home care in the London Borough of Barnet for more than 30 years.  We also operate as a carers centre so we have a very good idea of the pressure that unpaid carers are under.  We are here to help you and make sure that you and your loved one get the care that you need.  We are not motivated by profit but we are motivated by the delivery of a fantastic service which people come back to time after time.

Daytime care Options

Our care packages are designed to fit around you and your loved one.  If you need one of our at-home Carers to cook and provide lunch then we will ensure that this happens over the lunch time period and not mid-morning or mid-afternoon.  If you need one of our at-home Carers to attend to give medication at certain times of the day then we can also operate to that time table.  If your loved one has an activity that they particularly like and need help getting to, we can manage that too.  If needed we can also provide more than one at-home Carer at a time and if you have specific needs such as language or need specific specialised tasks undertaken we will do everything that we can to help.

Pricing

We pride ourselves on transparency in our pricing.  We are not the cheapest provider of care in the Borough, but we like to think that we are amongst the best.  We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and we are an approved supplier for the London Borough of Barnet.

Hours Cost per Hour Total Cost

Our staff

Our staff are both experienced and fully trained.  All of our staff have the Care Certificate and many are trained beyond that.  A number of our staff have been with the organisation for over 20 years and many more for over a decade.  Our staff are kind, empathic and work hard to make sure that your loved one gets the care experience that we know they deserve.  We try and ensure that your loved one will have continuity of care and the same carer, although this is sometimes difficult with respite care.
